VOJTA PAZDERA
TRAINER
Vojta became a member of the VSA family in 2019 when he joined the academy as a coach in Olomouc, Czechia. From the very first training session, he knew this role suited him well. He enjoys working with young players who are passionate about soccer and hardworking, as he believes these qualities make them special and set them apart.
Over his five years at the academy, Vojta has had the opportunity to work with players in Uganda and Egypt as well. After two years as head coach at the academy in Olomouc, he decided to take the next step in his career by accepting a one-year internship in Vancouver, where he is currently coaching.
In his playing career, Vojta progressed through the youth leagues at SK Sigma Olomouc (U16-U19) before playing in the 3rd league in the Czech Republic. In recent years, he has competed in a higher league in Austria.
At the age of 20, Vojta shifted his focus to mini football and futsal, both of which he played at the 1st league level. He represented his country at the World Championships, earning a silver medal with the team. A year later, they won a gold medal at an international tournament in Baku.
His passion lies in helping young players develop their soccer skills, teaching them to love the beautiful game, and fostering mutual respect among teammates.
